The bus at the center is used to transport arrested migrant workers by the immigration officers. The net covering a migrant worker who is shouting "Fight!" with a fist is an illegal net used by the immigration officers in order to capture unregistered migrant workers. Two migrant workers captured by immigration officers are handcuffed. The use of nets and handcuffs are openly used even though the uses are already warned as "Illegal" by the National Commission for Human Rights.
