안녕하십니까, 이주노동자방송국에서는 오는 10월 8일부터 11월 19일까지 총 7주 동안 이주노동자방송국 시민기자 양성을 위한 미디어 교육을 실시합니다. 아래 내용을 참고하시고 이주노동자방송국의 시민기자가 되고자 하시는 분의 많은 참여를 부탁드립니다. 이주노동자방송국 박경주 드림 아래 1. 교육개요 이주노동자방송국은 이주문제에 대한 사회 저변의 인식을 바꾸고 이주노동자들의 투쟁을 지지하고자 지난 5월 18일 개국한 인터넷 방송국입니다. 본 방송국은 현재 한국어 사이트를 중심으로 뉴스와 영상, 라디오, 이주노동자넷, 블로그 등을 운영하고 있습니다. 현재 이주노동자들이 직접 참여하고 있는 것은 라디오와 만평이지만, 이주노동자방송국은 현장의 이주노동자들이 직접 기자로 참여하는 다국어 사이트를 운영하는 것을 목표로 하고 있습니다. 이주노동자들의 보다 적극적인 참여를 위해 이주노동자방송국은 이주노동자 기자 양성을 위한 미디어교육과 시민기자 교육을 계획하고 있습니다. 2.교육목적 이주노동자방송국은 한국인터넷기자협회의 회원사로 등록되어있는 인터넷 대안언론입니다. 본 방송국은 이주노동자, 시민, 이주노동자인권활동가, 전문가들이 함께 시민기자로 참여하는 열린채널을 목표로 하고 있습니다. 이주노동자방송국의 기자로 활동하고자 하는 이주노동자들과 시민들을 위한 미디어 교육을 실시하여 일차적으로 이들이 미디어에 보다 적극적으로 참여하도록 후원하고자 합니다. 무엇보다 다국어 사이트의 운영을 위해서는 앞으로 다국어 사이트를 담당할 이주노동자들이 기사작성법과 영상제작법을 익히고 각국어 사이트가 오픈되기 이전에 충분한 경험을 축적할 수 있도록 방송국에서 적극적으로 후원할 계획입니다. 이번 미디어 교육은 이를 위한 첫 걸음입니다. 3.교육내용 기사 작성법과 디지털 사진 촬영과 활용, 이주노동자방송국에 기사 올리기,영상기획과 촬영, 그리고 디지털 편집 입문 4.강사 석성석(이주노동자방송국 미디어 교육 팀장, 현 경일대학교 사진영상학부 교수), 문성준(다큐인), 전민성(이주노동자방송국 기자클럽 팀장), 오향숙(이주노동자방송국 사진기자), 김태형(이주노동자방송국 기술 담당), 박경주(이주노동자방송국 대표), 5.교육인원 이주노동자와 시민 등 총 15명 6.교육일정 2005년 10월 8일-11월 19일(매주 토요일 저녁 6시에서 9시까지, 5주차 일요일 야외 촬영 실습, 7주차 1박 2일 야외 워크숍) 7.교육실 미디액트 일반 강의실과 컴퓨터 교육실 8.교육주최 이주노동자방송국과 프로젝트팀 ‘이주여성의 몸으로 말하기’ 공동 주최 9.후원 경기문화재단, 미디액트, 다큐인 10.문의 전화: 010-9842-1114 (박경주), 017-253-2157(전민성), 010-3347-1138(석성석) e-mail:migrantsinkorea@migrantsinkorea.net Invitation The Internet Broadcast for Migrant Workers is holding a media workshop for seven weeks between October 8 and November 19. The workshop is to educate migrant workers and citizens as past of preparation process to become reporters for the Broadcast. Park Kyongju President Internet Broadcast for Migrant Workers 1. Education Outline The Internet Broadcast for Migrant Workers has opened on May 18, 2005 in order to correct the wide spread prejudices around the issues of migrant workers and to support the struggles of migrant workers in Korea. Currently, the Internet Broadcast for Migrant Workers is running only the Korean site with news, video news, the migrant workers' net and the blog. Migrant workers participate only in radio programs and cartoons, however, the Internet Broadcast for Migrant Workers aims to open multi-lingual sites where migrant workers participate as reporters, writers and cultural activists. The Internet Broadcast for Migrant Workers has prepared the 1st Media & Report Workshop in order to induce more active participation of migrant workers in the Internet Broadcast for Migrant Workers. 2. Educational Goals The Internet Broadcast for Migrant Workers is an alternative media registered as a member of the Korean Association of Internet Journalists. The Internet Broadcast for Migrant Workers aims to be an 'open channel' where migrant workers, citizens, human rights activists and professionals can participate. The Internet Broadcast for Migrant Workers wish to support migrant workers and citizens through the Media and Report Workshop so that they can participate as reporters, writers and cultural activists in the Internet Broadcast for Migrant Workers . In order to open the multi-lingual sites, the Internet Broadcast for Migrant Workers plans to provide migrant workers and citizens opportunities to learn and be familiar with report writing and video making. The Media and Report Workshop is the first step toward the goal. 3. Curriculum Report writing, Digital Photo Taking, Up-loading articles to the Internet, Planning and Shooting for Video, Introduction of Digital Editing 4.
